Postage must be pre-paid unless we authorise otherwise. In instances where we agree to pay the postage charge, the product(s) must be returned via the method / operator we request you to use.
To cancel your purchase your product must be complete, unused, in 'as new' condition with the original box, packing and
accessories. Pre-recorded CDs, and software must be sealed. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.
We cannot cancel your purchase if:
- you cannot provide proof of purchase;
- the seal has been broken on any product;
- the product is returned in a condition or packaging
other than that detailed above.
